The word "Education" comes from the root of "e" from ex, out, and "duco", I lead. I believe that education gently leads out the inner potential within each student.

It is inspiring to see every student's unique visual style, and I most enjoy celebrating their strengths, while also offering constructive feedback for growth. I love to build confidence in the creative process through positive encouragement and support. Every idea, whether calm and quiet or bold and loud, is welcomed when starting a project. We learn the process of visualizing these ideas with an organized plan for a clean final outcome.

Illustration & Drawing is my favorite subject to teach, and it shows, students consistently light up in these sessions, producing some of their strongest, most personal work.
